Join us for “Posture as Presence”, a soulful, somatic one-day journey into fascia, emotion, breath & balance. Feel your body from the inside. Release what you’ve been bracing against. Create new inner memories of safety, openness, and orientation.
We will approach movement not as repetition, but as emergence—a way of sensing, becoming, and co-creating in real time. This session is not about fixing, but about feeling; not about performing, but about orienting toward presence, gravity, breath, and relationality.

About Your Guide - Dr. Brit
Dr. Brit is a movement-based chiropractor, mindfulness meditation teacher, and somatic guide devoted to the subtle art of unarmoring the body. Her work lives at the intersection of form and fluidity—an ever-unfolding dance of what the body is capable of when we listen, soften, and attune.
 With roots in Eastern wisdom traditions, yogic inquiry, Nonviolent Communication, and NLP, Brit integrates mindset expansion with nervous system regulation, inviting students into multi-dimensional states of embodied knowing. Her work draws from peak performance science, meditative practice, and her own lived experience—spiritual, clinical, and intuitive.
She holds space for bodies to unfold themselves, again and again.
For postures to arise—not from discipline—but from perception.
And for presence to be practiced—not achieved—but remembered.
